Workshop Content
Yoga exercises and abdominal stretches help in the regeneration of cells in the pancreas - the organ responsible for blood sugar regulation. The practice of mid-intensity aerobics & resistance training help reduce visceral fat and strengthen major muscle groups. Guided meditation helps reduce stress levels by lowering the heart rate & calming the mind, helping control blood glucose levels.
