We often have so many misconceptions and limiting beliefs around our health that we either go the wrong way or we are afraid to start.
In this 5-day WhatsApp class, we are going to help you break and rebuild your system by working on the physical and mental aspects when it comes to food.
I, Swetha Ashok founder of TheGutGuru, a Nutritionist & Lifestyle coach & Shraddha Neeraj founder of Thrive, a law of attraction and Gratitude coach are going to take you through the wonderful journey of healing and understanding food habits in depth.
